WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST /4 PM EST/
MONDAY…
* WHAT…West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 45 to 55 mph expected.
* WHERE…Portions of central, east central, north central, and
northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.
* WHEN…Until 3 PM CST /4 PM EST/ Monday.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Periods of wind-whipped snow showers tonight
through Monday morning may result in locally hazardous travel
conditions due to snow coating some roads and areas of blowing
snow from the strong winds.
