To Our Community Members,
On behalf of the Liberty Township Volunteer Fire Department, I would like to extend our sincere apologies regarding our annual fund drive mailing, which was mistakenly sent to residents outside of Liberty and Jackson Townships. This mailing was sent in error by a contracted vendor and is actively being investigated. We deeply regret any confusion or concern this may have caused.
We want to assure you that our department is taking this matter seriously and is working closely with the vendor to determine how this occurred and to ensure it does not happen again. Our department takes great pride in maintaining transparency, trust, and accountability with the communities we serve.
Please note that any donations received by mail from residents outside of Liberty and Jackson Townships will be promptly returned. Additionally, any online donations received in error will be credited back to the local fire department with the appropriate jurisdiction.
We truly appreciate the continued support and understanding of our community and neighboring departments as we work to correct this mistake. Liberty Township Volunteer Fire Department remains committed to serving with integrity, professionalism, and respect.
