Michael Wineland has been a dedicated member of Liberty Township Volunteer Fire Department since 2009 and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. In this capacity, he leads board meetings, facilitates meaningful discussions, and ensures effective decision-making. Working closely with the President and Corporate Secretary, he helps set meeting agendas and maintains focus on key priorities. Michael conducts regular audits of the department’s financials and oversees the recruitment and onboarding of new members. He also takes an active role in member development by conducting performance reviews and supporting the growth and accountability of the team.
